OUR STAFF

Pastor
LaMont & Jana Melrose
LaMont Melrose gave his life to Christ July 27, 1990 at Long Branch Park in Killeen, Tx at the age of 16. He turned down multiple college scholarships to pursue the destiny he felt God had called him to: that of preaching the Gospel. He married his wife, Jana, in 1993 and in 1996 they left to assume the pastorate in Virginia Beach VA. They then returned to the mother church in Killeen for a period of redirection. LaMont served as the Assistant Pastor in Killeen for a couple years and then ministered as an Evangelist. An opportunity was presented to pioneer a church in Dallas in 2008 and they took it. They were instrumental in building a core foundation of people that are still serving God when the need arose to take over an established church in Pasadena; they have been here since 2011. With God’s help, the church has grown and the vision for world evangelism has been re-ignited with couples preparing themselves to be launched in the harvest field.

Follow Up Leaders
Jorge & Christina Guerra
Jorge and Christina Guerra came into the church on October 18, 2017 and they both made a decision to follow Christ that day. They fell in love with Jesus and never looked back even while they suffered with an infertility issue they had struggled with for years. They remained faithful and continued to pray for fruitfulness with many evangelists and people praying over them for this issue. Their miracle son was born in 2020 and was followed by the birth of their daughter in 2022. They give all the glory to God and are grateful for all the people that invested in them in the early years of their salvation for the wonderful family they have today. They now take the lessons learned from the initial investments from others into their lives and use it to help others make it for Christ. They love people and have a passion to serve and a desire to see this ministry grow.
